Sabina Riss is a registered architect, researcher, gender expert and university teacher based in Vienna. Her main scientific area is gender and feminist perspective on housing and urban planning as well as on professional field architecture. She has been co-author of various scientific studies for public clients and an internationally invited speaker, expert, consultant and publicist on equal opportunity planning of cities for 10 years. She is member of GenderArchland - Network Gender Perspectives in Spatial Planning and deputy chairwoman of the Women Civil Engineers Committee of the Vienna Chamber of Architects and Engineering Consultants.
