Awards, international including the Taliesin Special Prize 2009, Global Award for Sustainable Architecture 2012, Archello Awards 2025, International Architecture Awards 2025; national including the Prix du Projet Citoyen 2001, Trophées de l’Écologie 2010, Équerre d’Argent 2018, Off du DD at every edition since 2012. Full professor of landscape architecture at Harvard and Versailles, and architecture in Paris, Rouen, Lyon, and Rennes, guest professor at UDM Montreal, TU Vienna BIOS department (2005–2011); since 2017, guest professor at EnsaLaRéunion. As a writer, he has published 24 books on art, architecture, and urban planning, including “Mieux avec Moins” (Better with Less) in 2021 and “Frugalité. Un récit heureux” (Frugality: A Happy Story) in 2024.
