Angelos Chronis CEO and Co-Founder of Infrared City GmbH, Co-Director of the Master in AI for Architecture at IAAC, and Senior Research Engineer at AIT. Previously an Associate at Foster+Partners, his research focuses on performance-driven design and simulation using AI/ML technologies. He has driven the vision of AI simulation interfaces that evolved into infrared.city.

The AI | APE Center advances the systematic use ofartificial intelligence within the faculty by fosteringcooperation, establishing best practices, and supporting its application in research and teaching. It contributes to thefaculty’s national and international visibility in the field ofartificial intelligence through structured dissemination,public events, and academic exchange.
