Lernen im Stadtteil
The research project analyzes municipal educational landscapes using the example of large inner-city transformation areas.
With regard to formal, non-formal and informal learning settings and learning processes, the networking of existing and planned educational institutions with the urban neighborhood is examined. The development of education campuses and their spatial implications for the educational landscape will be examined in depth. The focus is on the relevance of learning in the city quarter for the everyday life of children and adolescents, their (new) opportunities for action and movement as well as risks in elementary pedagogical, school and extracurricular reference, meeting, play and experimental spaces.
