Plan Común
Founded 2012 in Santiago de Chile and based in Paris since 2018, Plan Común provides strategies to maximize and reinforce public and collective space – understood as a key aspect of architecture, regardless of scale or program – by means of simple architecture tools, through critical discourse, research, design and building. Plan Común are convinced that radical, basic, even silent forms are more likely to be relevant and universal to serve as a support for collective use and imagination. They use a critical and strategic approach towards briefs and commissions, in order to question and transform spatial hierarchy and uses.
