Matriculation as Regular Student

11. Januar 2017

On the first admission to a course at an Austrian University, each student is allocated a matriculation number. This 7-digit number will accompany you during your entire studies, regardless of whether and how often you change courses or university. The matriculation number appears in all documents (certificates, student identification, confirmation of study) and has to be presented to any other Austrian university you wish to be admitted to.

Bachelor’s Courses: Architecture and Spatial Planning

The admission to the bachelor course in Architecture and Spatial Planning is carried out in the department for studies and examinations:

Master’s Courses: Architecture and Spatial Planning

Admission to the master’s course requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject, or a polytechnic ‒ bachelor’s degree or another equivalent degree from a recognised domestic or foreign post-secondary educational institution.
